A collaboration model between teo local companies the OKOSHI-KATAGAMI
in Suzuka City and GILDdesign in Kameyama City has finally realized.
With the concept of protecting the Smartphone we laser imprint the pattern on the
Aluminum case machined from a high strength duralumin raw material
that is alsoused for aircrafts and automobiles.

『OKOSHI-KATAGAMI』
"OKOSHI-KATAGAMI"is an "Ise-katagami"that is produced,and an engraved pattern
that is owned by OKOSHIKATAGAMI Shop.
The original use of ise-katagami is for dyeing a pattern on a cloth for "Kimonos".
OKOSHI-KATAGAMI take projects of applying ise-katagami on fashion
and interior to create a style, and usage for the ise-katagami.

『Ise-katagami』
Ise-katagami is a paper pattern that is used for dyeing patterns
on a cloth for Kimonos,
and it is said that is has a history for over a thousand years.
In 1983 it is designated as Japan's traditional craft product,
and this culture of engraving paper is rare in the world.
Until now Ise-katagami's beautiful and
precise high level patterns still amaze a lot of people.
99% of Ise-katagami in Japan is made in Mie Pref.Suzuka City.
Regarding the Qi wireless charge
It is possible to charge with a Qi wireless charger while using a Solid bumper case (*1)
It will not charge when using a Solid case or an aluminum back panel.
( Please charge with the genuine lighting cable attached with the iPhone)
Regarding the WIFI、3G、4G、Bluetooth、GPS、NFC, etc.
(When an aluminum panel is attached the conditions are the same as the Solid case. )
Wifi → There are no problem using wifi for both Solid bumper and Solid case. *2
3G → There are no problem using 3G while the Solid bumper is attached.
Regarding the Solid case, there is some interference with the signal.
However, there is no problem when receiving 4G. *2
4G → There are no problem using 4G for both Solid bumper and Solid case. *2
Bluetooth → There are no problem using Bluetooth for both Solid bumper and Solid case. *2
GPS → There are no problem using GPS for both Solid bumper and Solid case. *2
*1 Using the Qi wireless charger while the case is attached has the possibilities to lower
the charge efficiency due to the 1.5mm thickness of the case that makes a gap between
the wireless charger and the iPhone. Also, there will be a difference on
the charging time depending on the output wattage and the voltage of the adapter the Qi wireless charger.

*2 This product is made of Duralumin, which interrupts the signal from the back of the iPhone.
It is possible that might lower the phone reception.
Using the case in places with a poor reception in the first place can lower the reception of the signal even more. However, there are no problems in places with a good reception.

・This product is anodized. There are two dots that were not anodized on the inside of the case. These are the electrical connection places that will not catch the color during the anodizing process, and it is not a defect.
